- Design and update job descriptions

- Source potential candidates from various online channel

- Screen incoming resumes and application forms

-  Interview candidates (via phone, video or in-person

- Advertise job openings on company's career page, social media, job boards and internally

- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring manager

- Collaborate with Managers to identify future hiring needs

- Act as consultant to new hires and help them on board

Qualifications:

Qualification:

- Must be a graduate of business course in human resource and/or psychology or relevant field

- Experience in sourcing techniques

- Good communication skills
