Job Location: Makati City

Job Description:

- Liaise with the CLIENT for the day administration of Health Plan, Insurance Coverage and Dental Program of Client.

- Report and monitor receipts of additions/ deletions, covering endorsements, billing, membership IDs from the Principals, Dependents and Extended Dependent  of Client in close coordination with the company

- File and monitor the status of claims filed for reimbursement by members after pre-adjucation of claims  and completeness of claim documents in close coordination with the company

- Immediately report to the company, and client any case needing immediate attention

- Other tasks may be assigned from time to time


- Must have a bachelor's degree in any business course

- WIth atleast 1 year experience in customer service

- HMO Coordinator experience is a plus but not required

- Willing to start ASAP
