Job Description:

  • Answer phone calls & SMS received in IS mobile phone
  • Update & maintenance of records
  • As-needed & monthly data files upload in Lynx
  • Ad-hoc data & reports generation requested by salesforce        
  • Power BI support for:
    • Enhancement: SFA Dashboard
    • Maintenance: REACH, Expense & MD Contacts reports
    • New reports for salesforce use

Qualifications:

  • With degree in IT-related course 
  • With at least 1 year work experience in an IT environment
  • With knowledge and experience in using Microsoft SQL Server, its environment, database, commands and syntax (required)
  • With knowledge and experience in creating Power BI reports & dashboards (required)
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel
  • Has above average comprehension and analytical skills
