Job Description:
Accommodate and welcome guests and customers
Provides and disseminates information amongst all customers
Facilitates, resolves and analyzes all customer concerns
Prepares necessary operational and administrative forms and reports
Monitors and coordinates activities in maintaining the cleanliness of facilities and equipment
Manages and safe keeps documents
Ensures that all client appointments are timely, properly documented and coordinated with trainers and therapists
Processes the payment of customers/patients as endorsed by attending trainer or therapist
Ensures coordination and implementation of plans and collaterals production
Qualifications:
Must possess any Bachelor’s degree
Any business related or physical education degree is a plus
Experience in the customer service industry is a plus
At least 1 to 2 years experience as a Receptionist or a Front Desk Personnel is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
Must have organizational, active listening and service-oriented skills
