Job Description:

  • Accommodate and welcome guests and customers
  • Provides and disseminates information amongst all customers
  • Facilitates, resolves and analyzes all customer concerns
  • Prepares necessary operational and administrative forms and reports
  • Monitors and coordinates activities in maintaining the cleanliness of facilities and equipment
  • Manages and safe keeps documents
  • Ensures that all client appointments are timely, properly documented and coordinated with trainers and therapists
  • Processes the payment of customers/patients as endorsed by attending trainer or therapist
  • Ensures coordination and implementation of plans and collaterals production

 

Qualifications:

  • Must possess any Bachelor’s degree
  • Any business related or physical education degree is a plus
  • Experience in the customer service industry is a plus
  • At least 1 to 2 years experience as a Receptionist or a Front Desk Personnel is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
  • Must have organizational, active listening and service-oriented skills
