Job Description:

responsible for making sure that buildings and their services meet the needs of the people that work in them. Facilities managers are accountable for services such as cleaning, security and parking, to make sure the surrounding environment is in a suitable condition to work

Qualifications:

- Candidate must be a graduate of BS Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and a Registered Electrical/Mechanical Engineer (RME/REE).

- With at least 3-5 years’ work experiences in Mechanical (HVAC), Electrical, Fire Protection, Sanitary and Plumbing, Project Management, Repairs and Maintenance

- Knowledgeable in Codes and Standards

- Can handle facility inspections and audit, and provide needed reports

- Ability to manage multiple sites

- Can work under pressure and effectively communicate with all levels of staff.

- Willing to be assigned in Intramuros, Laguna or Makati Area.
