Conduct regular market visits to accounts for merchandising and promotion execution, public relations, evaluation of promotion merchandizers in the area and coordinate their concerns in the head office
Attend to regular business review meetings with partners to discuss concerns, issues, and promotions
Develop strategies to meet and achieve sales goals
Achieve sales target of assigned master dealers and retailers
Office Management
Manage Baguio extension office including filing of necessary permits required for operation of the office
Document, file, prepare, and send request for payment for billings
Coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance with the lessor
Handle the petty cash fund of the office

Graduate of any business course
Must have one year experience in sales distribution handling accounts and/or distributors
Must have good negotiation skills
With excellent oral and written communications skills
