Job Location: Mandaluyong/ Makati City

Job Description:

• Gathering and Analysis of User Requirements
• Conceptualize, Organize and Execute Quality Building/ Employee Engagement programs.

         Example: FUNtastic Friday, Incentive Programs, Bida Ka, Convention, Sportsfest,          Christmas Party, etc.

• Provides learning opportunities (other than formal training sessions)
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of the programs implemented by providing analytics to justify the different interventions that would lead to insights
  • Communicates and markets activities to company stakeholders
• Organizes and executes Staffing initiative in coordination with Internal Analytics, HR and Line Mangers.

• Interpret the employee satisfaction survey

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any four (4) year course from a reputable university
• Must have at least one (1) year relevant work experience
