Job Description:

  • Organizes and maintains files and records
  • Schedules and cancels appointments and meetings
  • Process liquidations, reimbursements and cash advances (if any)
  • Handle payments of employees' mandated benefits
  • Opens and sorts and distributes mails/parcels
  • Provide minimal assistance to accounting department
  • Perform other administrative duties as may be assigned by the President

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of any four year course
  • With knowledge in bookkeeping
  • Preferably with knowledge regarding electrical concerns
  • With at least 1 year relevant work experience
  • Candidates must exude a pleasing personality with above average interpersonal and communication skills
