Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities
-
Be the point of contact between the President, company employees/clients and management information flow
-
Represent the President by welcoming visitors, reviewing correspondences, arranging Company functions, answering and meeting request directed to the President
-
Gathering information and research as required by the President
-
Arranges corporate travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas, scheduling corporate travels, booking other transportation, arranging lodging and meeting accommodations
-
Completes projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation of others, monitoring of progress, problem solving and adjusting plans

Maintain personal networks and participating in professional organizations

Manage the President’s timetable and arrange his daily schedule (set up meetings, arrange meals, travel, speaking engagements)

Schedule and prepare meeting, appointments and commitments for the President

Take down minutes during meeting wherein the President and Lead Team is involved
-
Act as an office manager by managing with office supply inventory and meeting rooms scheduling
-
Format information for internal and external communication-memo, emails, presentations, reports
-
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
-
Devise and maintain office filing system
-
Performs all other related duties that maybe assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
Job Qualifications
• Preferably Female. Must send CV with latest picture
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree in Business Finance/Administration/Management/ Psychology or Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years working experience in the corporate world is required for this position
• Preferably 4 years experienced employees specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent
• Willing to work on extended hours (Saturdays, Overtime, Breakfast meetings)
• Should be a quick learner and have a desire to gain knowledge
• With pleasing personality
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and solid media marketing
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Presentation skills is a MUST
• Must be organized at all times and a compulsive planner
• Comfortable in planning and hosting Corporate events
• Applicant must want to work in Ortigas Business District
