Job Description:
• Assist the procurement team in its day to day operation
• Works with vendors in all its procurement transactions and coordinate with key people in the organization
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent work experience
• With at least 1year supply chain related professional experience
• Ability to think analytically, creatively, and independently with excellent problem solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, advanced level MS Excel user
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build positive partnerships, while working collaboratively with cross-functional business teams
• Ability to organize and prioritize work to ensure timely deadlines
• Ability to drive change and continuous improvement; track record leading and implementing sustainable process improvements, seeking out and implementing internal or external best practices
