Provide the necessary training, events, and coaching to digital Representatives, Sales Leaders, and Customers to support the attainment of digital sales and KPI targets.
Development and implementation of training of users and promotion of site usage and user engagement of Internet and mobile related projects (eSalesSuite, eBrochure, B2B2C etc)
Support and drive the development of the Sales Leadership Strategy and development strategy in the digital sales channel through Training.
Execute online recruitment and marketing strategy, benchmarking, and measurement in order to increase site conversion.
Prepare training plans in line with digital activation and field strategy and initiatives.
Coordinate, track, and facilitate courses. Conduct classroom and digital training and coaching.
Coordinate marketing and sales programs for implementation in digital sales channel.

College graduate preferably in Business Management, Communications, Marketing, English Education, Journalism.
2+ years experience at supervisory level in training, sales, or with a direct-selling company
Company business processes awareness.
Excellent interpersonal, motivational, communication (oral and written) skills
Computer literate (MS applications and other applications/programs for creating and designing presentations)
Can deliver high-impact training and development programs and modules
Highly flexible, detail-oriented, influential, outgoing, with strong leadership skills
