Job Description:
- Answer all inquiries raised in digital platforms (e.g Facebbok, Support Email)
- Provide monthly research on social media activity of the competitors/project
- Schedule office calls and appointments
- Set reminders and follow-ups to seller
- Share qualitative content on different social media channels thru FB, IG, Twitter and similar social media
- Do online promotions and emailing campaigns
- Create, send and answer email campaigns upon approval of Sales Head/ Marketing Consultant
- Prepares the assignment/ queuing schedule if In-house Group to handle the sales related inquiries generated through online, phone and other channels
- Assists in preparation of Sales Events, conferences, project launches, awarding ceremonies and Sales Activities like open house which also includes the assistance for the logistics requests of the brokers and in-house for their own events and program of acivity
Qualifications:
- Must have a degree in aby business courses
- With at least 1-2 years experience in Digital Sales
- Willing to work ASAP
