Job Description:
- Can design, maintain, sustain and create reports on operational activities of marketing programs
- Analyze and address the concerns of internal and external CRM operations
- Assess patients' and clients' requirements
- Monitor/ Assist in program implementation
- Send reports to document CRM Programs and Activities
-Project planning
- Be involved in process improvement
- Liaise with the design and development teams to ensure understanding of the initial requirements of features
Qualifications:
- Must have a degree in Information Technology, COmputer Science and Computer Engineering or any related courses
- With atleast 1-2 years experience
- With at least 7/10 Excel Skills (including Macros & VBA)
- WIth at least 6/10 PowerPoint / Presentation Skills
- With good communication skills (speaks English fluently)
- Knowledge in Tableau/ Python / SQL is a plus but not required
