·       Answer/ address queries and concerns of clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any business course, preferably in Marketing or equivalent work experience
• Preferably with at least 1year relevant work experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Strong customer service skills
• With good English communication skills
• Must be computer literate
