Job Description:


  • Monitoring and Reporting of AR Trade Collection
  • Monitoring and Reporting of AR PDC Collection
  • Preparation of Credit Memo; Entries for CM
  • Checking and posting all the sales and collection entries
  • Computation of  Rebates
  • Monitoring of IPO Brand transfer
  • Preparation of monthly Intercompany AR AP Reports
  • Monthly Schedule of AR Trade and AR PDC
  • Analysis and Monitoring of the respective GL transaction
  • Checking the Sales Order and Supplier Order Form while routing to Accounting Department
  • Checking the Pull-out form while routing to Accounting Department
  • Preparation of SOA for other charges (Interest / Brand Transfer / Bounced Cheque)

  • Bachelor in Accounting  
  • CPA preferred
  • Masteral Degree in business administration / Finance is an advantage




Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial accounting, procure to payments, Treasury, order to cash, AP, AR.



  • Age:  25 – 39 years
