Corporate Travel Assistants

Job Location: Ortigas, Pasig City

Job Description:

  • Travel Booking (airfare, hotels, transportation, etc) coordinate with accredited travel agencies on the travel requirements of the company, coordinate with hotel representative on room accommodation requirements, source for local hotel for competitive corporate rates
  • Source of tourist guides when needed
  • Monitor & establish a database on all bookings or travel needs (air, land, boat and hotel etc)
  • Create a database of all suppliers   
  • Secondary function: assistance in general administrative functions

Qualifications:

  • With at least 2 to 3 years relevant background and experience in travel (doing admin work and/or customer assistance/ service)
  • Must be willing to work on weekends in cases of rush travel bookings
  • Good command of the English language (will be dealing with expats), must be service oriented
  • With a pleasing and bubbly personality
