Job Description:

  • Handle inbound customer service support calls and emails from Company Representatives.
  • Provide information and resolve any issues pertaining to these calls and emails in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Document necessary account information and offer solutions that benefit the Company Representative.
  • Grow and nurture customer relationships on each and every email and call that result in measurable customer value.


  • Graduate of Communications, Marketing or any Business Course
  • Exceptional communication skills and call handling skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Flexible to changes and has sense of urgency
  • Time Management Skills
  • Must have at least 6 months experience in customer service
