Communications Coordinator

Job Location: Makati City

Job Description:

  • Drafts and releases basic memorandum emails like offer substitutes, brochure corrections / clarifications, offer extensions, and plus plans.
  • Closely coordinates with cross-functional teams and analyze all data to ensure all details are correct prior release of communication.
  • Track, monitor, and analyze needed communications and ensure all emails are released on time.
  • Involved with data gathering, encoding, and post-analysis of quarterly marketing programs.
  • Assist the campaign execution lead with drafting creative PowerPoint presentations showcasing top marketing offers per campaign.
  • Must be able to draft complete and accurate communications in a given limited time.

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate, preferably a communications major
  • With at least one (1) year relevant work experience (Fresh graduates from top Universities with relevant training/s are welcome to apply)
  • Exposure/ interest in fashion, cosmetics and/or accessories is a plus
  • Must be adept in MS Office Programs especially PowerPoint.  Knowledge in Photoshop is a plus.
  • Must be creative, resourceful, detail-oriented and well-versed in written and conversational English
  • Trained in business and creative writing
