Commercial Activation Secretary

Job Description:

  • Provide reliable administrative assistance to the Commercial Activation Lead & Team
  • Maintain an accurate and updated Monthly Planning Chart of the Commercial Activation Head
  • Provide necessary files and documents for meetings and conferences
  • Encode expense reports and other similar documents
  • Implement an organized filing system
  • Procure and issue office supplies
  • Organize department meeting scheduling and requirements
  • Monitor filing of leaves and company benefits i.e. optical, educational, etc
  • Provide logistical support requested for the field events and incentive travels
  • Ensure correct and timely payment and recording of Commercial Activation accounts
  • Accountable for all the necessary requirements of the group


  • Graduate of Communications, Marketing or any Business Course
  • Must have excellent communication, coordination, organizational and time management skills
  • Must have at least 6 months relevant experience
