Job Description:

  • Acknowledge and close satisfactorily customer queries about payment and document status within the standard turnarond time
  • Monitors query handled to ensure queries are attended and closed on time
  • Updates and maintains query knowledge base
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any four (4) year course
  • With at least one (1) year customer service desk experience either as call center agent, or service desk representative.
  • Customer service oriented and has sufficient interpersonal skills
  • Adequate communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to multi-task and takes initiative, as needed
  • Must work well under pressure
