Job Description:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare Statement of Account SOA
• Follow up with the clients for collections and answering queries to the clients
• Record all the collections and adjustments
• Update of PDC Summary
• Prepare Daily Collection and Weekly Forecast Report.
• Prepare report for Advances from the Customer
• Prepare OAR / AR / Collection Receipts
• Filing of collection receipts on booklets per series
• Analyze and Monitoring of the respective GL transaction

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • With Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related course
  • Preferably with related work experience in Receivables
  • Fresh graduates are open to apply
  • Can start ASAP
  • Willing to work in Parañaque
