JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Booklet Design and Drafting Preparation, Physical arrangement and coordination, Payment processing and document filing
  • Preparation of the Audit, making the minutes of the meeting
  • Management of Anti-Bribery Policy
  • Coordination of Internal Meetings (Preparation and filing of meeting materials, meeting room reservation- weekly, Monthly and Quarterly meeting.
  • Development Corporate Strategy
  • Handle related billing
  • Meeting Arrangement

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 3 years of working experience
  • Administrative jobs and/or Audit management experience
  • Can start ASAP
  • Willing to work in Taguig
