Job Description:

  • Attends to customer’s various needs, queries and/ or complaints
  • Give reliable and timely information in every transaction
  • Maintains a positive and professional service image in any given scenario

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • With at least 1 year experience in Contact Centre
  • Experience in Medical Insurance or any related field is an advantage
  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possesses basic customer service skills and phone techniques
  • Possesses strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, results-oriented, creative and enthusiastic
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
