Maintains proper communication between the production machines and CIM terminals.
Coordinates with ICS CIM Dev team the administrative functions such as validation of data, updating of any additional programs/devices, documentation and other similar administrative functions.
Performs technical functions such as supervision of the installation of CIM computers, cables and necessary CIM peripherals.
Trains operators on the use of the CIM applications.
Accomplishes maintenance related documentation such eCIM Connector refresh, System trouble report, CIM PC spare units inventory.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers on equipment repairs e.g. Barcode printer, Network eCIM logistics and other peripherals.
Ensures quality of work to the satisfaction of customers (internal and external).
Performs other functions as may be assigned from time to time by superior.

Qualifications:
Graduate of Engineering, preferably Electronics Communication, Electrical or Computer Engineering
Knowledge in computer hardware/ software repair and maintenance
Experience in data communication and storage
Must have at least 1-2 years relevant work experience
