Job Description:

  • This position is responsible for ensuring that all accounts in portfolio renew, undertaking front-end account management process.
  • Responsible for backroom responsibilities of monitoring accounts and logging and safekeeping all communications with clients.

Qualifications:

  • University degree graduate preferably from a medical related source
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Skills required: Interpersonal, Negotiation and Leadership
  • Must be computer literate and has keen attention to details
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
