Job Description:
- Provides presentation material such as PowerPoint presentation, hardcopies for proposals
- Monitor the proposal to the client
- Provides documents requested by the client such as financial status, SEC etc
- Answering queries of the client about the proposal
- Prepare the Plan Program for the account (New or renewed) including the schedule of benefits premium rates, room and board etc
- Advise all departments specially hte Plan management Group, Medical Department & Actuarial
- Advise the Life Insurance Providers
- Support for the In-house and Direct Sales Team and Brokers mentioned above
- Answer the queries of clients (billings, id's, proposal) and assist them when necessary
- Prepares Renewa Proposal for Brokers
- Monitoring the proposalyby following up the Brokers handling the account
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business related course
- With atleast 6 months to 1 year experience as Salles Admin
- Can start ASAP
- Willing to work in Makati
