Job Description:
- Analyze and address the concerns of internal and external CRM Operations
- Assest patients' and clients' requirements
- Monitor/ Assist in program implementation
- Send reports to docment CRM Programs and Activities
-Project planning
- Be involved in process improvement
- Liaise with the design and development teams to ensure understanding of the initial requirements of features
Qualifications:
- Good communication skills with pleasant personality
- Willing to be trained and a fast learner
- Critica thinker
- Strong analytical skills
- Has the ability to gather information from multiple sources and translate this into recommendations/ action points
- Can design, maintain, sustain and create reports onoperational activities of marketing programs
- Knowledge in Tableau/ python. SQL is a plus but not required
