- Analyze and address concerns of internal and external CRM operations
- Assess patients' and clients' requirements
- Monitor/assist in program implementation
- Send reports to document CRM programs and activities
- Project planning
- be involved in process improvement
- Liaise with the design and development teams to ensure undrestanding of the initial requirements of features
Qualifications:
Qulaifications:
- has the ability to gather information from multiple sources and translate this into recommendation/ action points
- Can design, maintain, sustain and create reports on operational activities of marketing programs
- Knowledgeable in Macro Excel and VBA
- Presentation skills
- Knowledgeable in Tableau/ Python, SQL is a plus but not required
- For fresh graduates: Extracurricular Activities (Orgs/ Competitions/ OJT) are a plus
