Conduct of End-Users Training and preparation of required training materials to aid the participants
Development, documentation and implementation of needed operational procedures
Delivery of required documents for the team
Coordination with End User/ Functional representatives for requirements gathering, acceptance of deliverables and testing
Participation in Business Readiness activities such as: User tool familiarization/ workshop (e.g. crash courses on how to use BI tools for reporting). Process build/ process alignment coming out of the DW/BI program

Graduate of BS Computer Science or any IT related course
Must have at least one (1) year solid work experience
