Interacts extensively with business process and system owners/users to understand and refine business requirements, support functional and integration testing, training, and project monitoring.
Develops and prepares required project deliverables such as requirements documents, process flows, functional specifications and test cases/test scripts
Works closely with application developers and end users to ensure development of solid technical solutions that meet business needs as well as provide excellent user experience.
Gathers and reviews master data provided by the business and ensures that developed systems can accept, store and use these data properly.
Tests developed systems to ensure compliance with business requirements. Documents defects, defines severity and prioritize defect resolution.
Facilitates user acceptance testing activities by preparing test cases/plans and monitoring test completion.
Creates training materials and provides training to power users and end users, as needed.
Ensures project issues and risks are identified, tracked, reported and resolved in a timely manner throughout the project life cycle.
Monitors progress of the project and prepares project reports based on defined metrics and milestones.
Provides production support, as needed, once systems go live.
Performs all other related duties that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering and related fields or equivalent work experience
2-3 years experience in business process analysis and/or IT project management/QA
Effective communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills
Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills
Experience in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools
Experience/Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics AX (or any ERP application) is an advantage
Experience/Knowledge in SQL Database is an advantage
