Job Description:


- Capable of handling and underwriting accounts safely

- Data input/ uploading in system for easy access of membership coverage

- Creates safe, clean and well organized masterlist of all of her accounts

- Responsible for creating/ issuing invoices including credit memos and In-charge of ID processing

- Manage to sort and pack health cards and release it on or within working days process provided (New, Additions and Renewal). In case of big accounts, assistance of everyone is highly needed

- Ensure and carefully review of the processing especially uploading and creating invoices to avoid errors/ discrepancy

- Monitoring the issuance of invoices specifically for monthly, quarterly and semi annual, must be updated at all cost

- Timely provide and send Additional Billing and certificate of Coverage to clients with newly enrolled members

- Able to send billing notice, print and provide hard copies of invoices on time

- Enable to compile a summary of billing invoices to be used whenever modal reports are to be made

- Keep track and provide logs on invoices and health cards that was via courier

- Record keeping accounts, contact person, email address, contact number and Company address

- Answer phone call, made follow-ups and handle accounts related concerns such as billing inquiries, enrollment policies and member's coverage thru telephone and emails

- Mannerly interacts with the superiors and officemates in and outside the department

- Assigned/requested to collect check payment from the companies



- Must be graduate of any Business course

- With pleasing personality

- Willing to work ASAP

- Willing to work in Makati
