  • Achieve delivery of expected Branch targets in terms of overall performance set by management not limited to sales, deposit and lending volume (based on ADB, Year to date and Month to date reports) while delivering expected results aligned with overall business targets and priorities of the Area cluster business plans to achieve desired revenues, expenses and service objectives.
  • Responsible for overall administration and day to day operation of a full service branch office, including operations, lending, product sales, customer service level performance, branch upkeep, compliance to audit standards, security and safety in accordance with the Bank’s objectives.
  • Shall serve existing customers on a full time basis, to grow customer relationship, improve client servicing and in bringing in new customers and boosting the bank’s profits.
  • Achieve, develop, execute integrated sales, relationship, credit strategies that are aligned with the strategies of the Area Cluster goals, inspiring and creating a motivating environment through activity-based coaching and performance development.
  • Anticipate the complex financial needs of the client’s banking, credit and investment and offer solutions through wide range of products, services and tools.
  • With the support of the product specialists, intuitively recognize and understand a client’s banking, credit and investment needs and goals in order to provide holistic financial solutions.
  • Provide regular value added engagement with clients – High touch, face to face meetings at client’s preferred location, consistent communication, access to seminars, etc.
  • Refer opportunities to segment partners where appropriate (including, not limited to lending units, investment departments, other branches, business partners, etc)
  • Responsible in integrating all roles on branch teams to ensure all clients have a positive in-branch experience
  • Supervise, train, monitor sales performance of relationship managers through ongoing coaching and monitoring of sales activities and direct interaction with clients, while at the same time, render periodic feedback processes to Area Cluster head to ensure consistency in goal alignment.  Monitor and reviews relationship managers and provide copies and regular feedback to Area Cluster Head.
  • Support portfolio growth by identifying cross-sell opportunities, coaching the team to deepen relationships and increase client acquisition.
  • Drive individual production goals with target clients and sales activities, including building referral network and relationships with internal partners and external contacts.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business from a reputable school (preferred) or equivalent work experience
  • At least five years financial services experience
  • Full knowledge of banking products and services
  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Strategic planning skills and proven ability to develop successful sales plans
  • Demonstrated track record of acquiring and managing portfolio of customers to achieve/ exceed challenging sales goals
