The business analyst’s role is to help the business implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project and communicating them clearly to all stakeholders and partners. The position requires interfacing with multiple departments, creating, and/or translating business requirements into the technical specifications necessary for the development of the technology solution. The position also ensures that the project is on-track by closely monitoring defined project milestones and reporting project metrics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering and related fields or equivalent work experience
2-3 years experience in business process analysis and/or IT project management/QA
Effective communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills
Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills
Experience in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools
Experience/Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics AX (or any ERP application) is an advantage
Experience/Knowledge in SQL Database is an advantage
