Job Description:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Help Brand Manager in preparing/accomplishing/routing of brand reports, documents, files (i.e. price memo, trade letter, SAP-PAF, PCF, RFP)
  • Raise PR and FG requests
  • Help coordinate with supplier and agency partners on project deliverables; follows up through email, SMS, calls pending deliverables
  • Coordinate stocks and sample requirements of FGs, premium items, mock-ups, swatches, etc.
  • Admin/runner for activation requirements

 

Qualifications:

  • Adept in MS Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Editing/basic photoshop preferred
