Builds and maintains dashboards and reports with data coming from different sources.
Designs the user interface and schedule tasks for dashboard/ report updating.
Interacts extensively with business process and system owners/usersto understandreporting requirements and objectives and to provide excellent user experience.
Develops and preparesrequired project deliverables such as requirementsdocuments, process flows, functional specifications andtest cases.
Works closely with the infrastructure team to ensure security and stability of the solution and that it meets company infrastructure standards
Tests developed systems to ensure compliance with businessrequirements. Documents defects, defines severity and prioritize defect resolution. Facilitates user acceptance testing activitiesby preparing test cases/plans and monitoring test completion.
Creates training materials and provides training to power users and end users, as needed.
Provides production support, as needed, once systems go live.
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Information Technology/ Engineering and related fields or equivalent work experience
With at least 1 year experience in Business Intelligence development (dashboards and report development)
Effective communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills
Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills
Experience in using the following:
MySQL
PHP
HTML, CSS, Javascript, Bootstrap
Python, Task Scheduler
Microsoft Access, Microsoft Server SQL, Microsoft Sharepoint
Office suite (specifically Excel)
Experience/ Knowledge in Microsoft PowerBI and Microsoft PowerApps is an advantage
