Job Description:


  • Provides technical expertise on L1/L2 support for production issues
  • Conducts troubleshooting/investigation for issues/problems
  • Coordinates on issues impacting SLA or service availability
  • Improves processes to streamline production operations
  • Participates in consultation on Projects execution
  • Facilitates resolution of raised incidents or production issues
  • Collaborates with SLM for problem investigation
  • Documents incident resolution and steps taken to resolve incidents (monitoring reports)



  • Graduate of Math, Science, or any IT-related course
  • 0-3 years ( for Band A)/3-5 years (for Band B) work experience preferably with IT
