End-user application technical support. Interface will primarily be with power users, who serve as the first level technical support team.
End-user access management
Audit work and resource grants Add, delete, and modify user IDs Create, maintain and administer primary Work and Resource grants
Manage and monitor daily/weekly data transfer interfaces (ex. SAP) and interface logs to ensure the scheduled interfaces run successfully
Monitor and review Planview scheduled jobs to ensure they run successfully
Monitor interface error logs and resolve any errors
Submit daily/weekly summary report to Global Administrator of monitor activities
Document potential / proposed configuration changes required by the Business Line
Ensure implemented changes to solution configuration are updated to work process and training materials
Participate in UAT for changes/upgrades to the solution
Document software errors and enhancement requests and submit them to Level 2.0 Support
Knowledgeable about organizational work management processes, business structure and IT resource types

BA/BS in Computer Science or a related degree, or equivalent education and work experience
3 to 5 years of minimum experience providing application level support including application configuration and administration and end user support
Strong understanding of application architectures particularly those that involve database engines and large data sets.
Strong understanding of data movement between different applications and work experience in roles supporting such application transactions.
Experience working with data marts and knowledge of SQL highly desirable.
Experience reviewing server log files to identify errors with data loads and processing and resolving the errors.
Strong understanding of access and security role structures and demonstrated ability to maintain user access in compliance with the security role structure.
Experience with analyzing requirements from business users
Experience with analyzing data integrity
Understanding of application architecture and design to ensure awareness of impact when configuring changes to the application
Strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills, multitask and deliver under tight deadline
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
