Job Location: Makati City

Job Description:

  • Coordinate with executive assistants of the Directors/Trustees regarding schedules for board meetings;
  • Develop, maintain and update an efficient administrative system for receiving, sorting, distributing, and routing documents for signatures;
  • Coordinate office procedures;
  • Carry out administrative duties such as typing, photocopying, scanning, and printing of documents;

Assist in the preparation of reports.

Qualifications:

- Must be a graduate of any Business course

- Must have a 1 year experience in Admin and/or Legal

- With pleasing personality

- Willing to work in Makati

- Can start ASAP
