Job Description:

  • Documenting and tracking budget reports, actual reports, latest estimates
  • Coordinating the creation of PRs/PO and has the initiative to follow thru on the status
  • Receiving and tracking of invoices
  • Tracking of payments vs invoices
  • Filing of documents and general administrative assistance required by the IT resource manager


  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or any Business course
  • Preferably with at least one (1) year relevant work experience
  • Must be a fast learner and very keen to detail
  • Must be customer oriented, result-oriented
  • Able to multi-task, has a detail and organized approach at work
  • Strong work ethic in terms of having sense of urgency, ownership, solid attendance track
  • Basic understanding of IT terminologies
  • Must be proficient in excel (e.g pivot table, formula, conditional formatting)
