Create modules across all applications from specifications within environment standards
Maintain modules from user requests across all applications
Development of test criteria to meet functional specifications
Maintain the level of quality programming, assuring readability and consistency in meeting the Business requirements
Develops and insure solutions meet the standard implementation methodology
Maintains an awareness of innovative and creative information technology solutions to insure accurate identification or evaluation of the Business requirements

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Expertise in systems productivity, data management, operating systems, new technology and product development life cycles
A broad knowledge of development and implementation requirements
A minimum of 5 - 7+ years experience in application development, maintenance and implementation experience.
Advanced knowledge of standard office equipment
Excellent Aptitude or experience in software programming
Solid troubleshooting skills
Communicate effectively with diverse groups, clients and users
Excellent verbal and written skills
Excellent presentation skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to quickly assess and prioritize
Work with peers and team to establish departmental decisions, processes and ensure standardized activities
Ability to manage several projects/tickets simultaneously
Ability to manage difficult users, employees and situations
