Job Description:

  • Liaise between customer service representatives and Customer Service Officer.
  • Facilitate requirements for customer complaints/incident follow-through and resolution.
  • Compile reports on customer feedback and monitor data on usage of customer service facilities.
  • Facilitating and updating all on-ground requirements of customer service facilities.
  • Assist in monitoring customer service products, such as but not limited to membership / loyalty cards.
  • Supervise customer service representative deployment during events and promotions.
  • Day-to-day clerical work preparing contracts, processing of billings, and procuring supplies.


  • Graduate of any 4year course, preferably in Business or Communications
  • With at least 1year relevant work experience
  • Proficient in MSOffice
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills
