The Service Management Analyst is responsible for the System and User Administration, Maintenance, Application and Development Support of the service management tool “Microsoft System Center Service Manager – SCSM”.
Assists with the creation and management of IT operational/support processes such as Service Request Fulfillment, Incident, Problem, Change, Release and Asset Management.
Assists in defining and enforcing best practice/standards for global IT service activities.
Assists with monitoring IT activities for compliance to service management and support processes.
Qualifications:
Graduate of at least a four-year degree course relevant to the field of Information Technology or any other related course. Complimented with at least two years of administration / programming experience.
Prior experience in a regional or global Service Management (preferably SCSM) support role.
Skills on XML and Windows Power Shell Scripting.
Has applied ITIL concepts in previous work experience.
Ability to plan and organize work.
Must be a self-starter, results-oriented, analytic, logical and a team-player.
