Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Management or Business Admin.
• With background in Real Estate & Property Management and Development
• Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint presentations
• Fluent in oral and written English.
• Excellent time management
• Has strong business acumen and leadership
• Must have a strong interpersonal, public relation skills and analytical ability
• Effective negotiation skills
• Has experience in account management
• Knows how to drive and possess a valid driver's license
• Willing to travel and be assigned in any part of Luzon.
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
