Customer Support Representative

Job Location: BGC, Taguig City

Job Description:

  • Provide technical assistance to walk-in customers
  • Receive requests for on-site repairs from corporate clients and coordinate these requests with the Technical Support Group
  • Ensure that all queries and complaints are obtained and processed well to provide first call resolution
  • Handle queries and complaints of customers and business partners received thru phone and email
  • Receive and assess defective machines of customers and provide information on the necessary repairs to be done

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any four (4) year business course
  • Must have at least six (6) months work experience in a call center (preferred but not required)
  • Fresh graduates with excellent written and oral communications skills are welcome to apply
  • Patient, highly driven, and highly motivated
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office applications
